MBA Engineering pride themselves on delivering an excellent quality service. Following each and every interaction with a customer an invitation is sent requesting their feedback on the service they received. Questions cover all aspects of the experience when dealing with MBA Engineering and based upon a scale of 1-9 (1 being totally dissatisfied, 9 being totally satisfied, the results can be seen below:

1. 100% of Customers were totally satisfied with the response time from initial phone call to an engineer arriving on site.

2. 75% of Customers were totally satisfied with the time of day an engineer arrived on site, 25% were mostly satisfied.

3. 100% of Customers said our engineers were polite and courteous.

4. 100% of Customers said our engineers were clean and smart on arrival

5. 84% of Customers were totally satisfied with the technical knowledge of our engineers, leaving 16% mostly satisfied.

6. 100% of Customers were totally satisfied with the outcome of the engineers visit.

7. 75% of Customers were totally satisfied with the organisation and tidiness of the engineer whilst on site, leaving 25% mostly satisfied.

8. 100% of Customers were totally satisfied with the engineers considerations to health and safety whilst on site.

9. 100% of Customers were totally satisfied that the numbers of visits required to complete their work met their expectations.

10. 100% of Customers were totally satisfied with the communication between the office and themselves.

11. 100% of Customers were totally satisfied with the overall service experience in relation to an engineers visit.
