Service Contracts
At MBA Engineering we understand that tailor made service packages are crucial to you to prevent hidden costs arising at the most inconvenient times. Servicing packages are tailor made to suit your production and are based around your running hours. We give you more flexibility and ensure your costs are kept to a minimum.
Below is a summary of the products available:
2000hr - Based on 8 hours a day 5 days a week totalling 40hrs a week running, we recommend a service once a year.
4000hr - Based on 16 hours a day 5 days a week totalling 80hrs a week running, we recommend two services a year.
8000hr - Based on 24 hours 7 days a week running; we recommend three services a year.

Breakdown
Below is a list of the Intervention (IV) packages we offer, ensuring that your company can manage costs all year round.
Choose from:
- 1 IV
- 2 IV’s
- 3 IV’s
- Unlimited IV’s
These can be bolted on to your service contract or taken as a separate package.
Note: An IV covers all labour costs of the specified reported fault until the fault is resolved.
It may be necessary for us to carry out a prior machine assessment to enable us to calculate an accurate cost for the package of your choice.

Spare Parts
MBA Engineering have a selection of spare parts for your Laser, from optics to service parts. Contact us with your requirements and we will do our upmost to better or match your current price.
Below is a summary of the spare parts available:
Optics - Internal or external we can help.
Filters - Vacuum Pump filters, air filters or drier kits.
Oils & Lubricants - A range of oils and greases available.
Other Services
Inspections
Pre Installation Inspections, spot Inspections or Commissioning; MBA Engineering will provide inspections to suit your needs. You may find this service useful to identify any potential defects on your machinery, allowing you to plan the repair into your production schedule, preventing them occurring at an inconvenient time.
Machine Moves
Whether it is a decommission, re-commission, site move or a combination we can provide a service that facilitates this. We can take the hassle away from you by covering the dismantling all the way through to placing the machine back into production and providing staff training. Training

Example of a tailor made package
An example of a service and IV package would be as follows:
Customer X runs 9-5 Monday through to Friday and doesn’t want any hidden labour costs should his machine breakdown at any time in the year so he would choose;
2000hr Service Contract with Unlimited IV cover.
It is that simple, it’s your choice. We want you to have full flexibility with your Package!
