SERVICE CONTRACTS

At MBA Engineering we understand that tailor made service packages are crucial to you to prevent hidden costs arising at the most inconvenient times. Servicing packages are tailor made to suit your production and are based around your running hours. We give you more flexibility and ensure your costs are kept to a minimum.

Below is a summary of the products available:

2000hr - Based on 8 hours a day 5 days a week totalling 40hrs a week running, we recommend a service once a year.

4000hr - Based on 16 hours a day 5 days a week totalling 80hrs a week running, we recommend two services a year.

8000hr - Based on 24 hours 7 days a week running; we recommend three services a year.

These services are the minimum we recommend to ensure your machine runs as efficiently and effectively as possible. We also offer options such as interim services, whereby we adjust the second service so that it includes the major components such as resonator and optics. This not only reduces your downtime but your costs.

MACHINE BREAKDOWN SUPPORT


Customer like to have some piece of mind when it comes to a machine breakdown. Having pre paid callouts can eliminate labour bills no matter how long the fault takes to rectify. An invaluable option when working to a budget. The following options are available with your service contract. (N.B some people are familiar with the term callout, IV is the same as callout)

1IV, 2IV’s, 3IV’s or Unlimited IV’s

*Please note an IV covers all labour costs for the work undertaken specific to the fault reported.*

SPARE PARTS

We are always on the look out for better spare part options. Efficient and economical solutions include repairing units at a fraction of the replacement cost. These repairs often carry warranty for piece of mind.
We also stock a selection of spare parts for your Laser. These parts range from optics to service consumables.
